Kids Yoga Classes come to Scarborough

Little Yoga stars is bringing Kids Yoga to Scarborough and the Yorkshire Coast. Using stories based on popular books and films it brings Yoga to life.
Little Yoga Stars offers fantastic lessons to bring the benefits of Kids Yoga using age appropriate stories for 2 - 12 year olds. Smaller children may venture on a Bear Hunt, swishing through long grass with their yoga poses until they find the bear. For older children you will protect the empire from the evil clutches of Darth Vader in the Star Wars themed lesson. As it sounds it is great fun with all the benefits of stretching, relaxing and learning breathing techniques that yoga brings.
Becky is qualified kids yoga instructor from the growing cult of Cosmic Kids Yoga, if you have not seen this then look on YouTube. It is amazing and gets kids involved of all ages.
