Bonfires & Firework Displays on the Yorkshire Coast 2023

There are a great selection of bonfires and firework displays taking place over the weekend of Bonfire Night. While we close for the season on the 5th, there are lots of options for bonfire celebrations on the 3rd and 4th November.
Filey Lions Bonfire & Fireworks Spectacular

Filey Lions hosts a fireworks display and bonfire at the West Avenue car park every year (near Filey Golf Club). This year the bonfire will be lit at 6pm and the fireworks begin at 7pm. You can buy hot dogs and snacks from stalls at the venue too.
Scarborough Cricket Club Fireworks Extravaganza

Scarborough Cricket Club is hosting the official fireworks display for Scarborough in 2023. Gates for the event open from 5pm and the fireworks begin at 7:30pm. There is expected to be children’s entertainment, music and stalls with everything from toffee apples to donuts. Tickets need to be pre-booked.
Slingsby Village Bonfire & Fireworks
Saturday 4th November | YO62 5AD | 6:00pm
Slingsby Sports Club is hosting a fantastic fireworks display for bonfire night starting from 6pm. At 6:30 there will be a low-noise fireworks display for young children to enjoy and then the main display at 7pm. There will be burgers and food stalls and a licensed bar at the sports club. Scampston’s Firework Spectacular ‘Legends’

Scampston Hall’s bonfire night event involves ‘Pyromusical Fireworks’ choreographed to iconic music tracks from legendary singers. You can drive-in to the event and watch from the comfort of your car, or head out to enjoy the children’s funfair rides and buy snacks or hot drinks from the Food Village. Tickets are expected to sell out so be sure to buy yours as soon as possible.
