Travelling with a Dog?

Both destinations are great choices.

Filey tends to be the favourite for many dog owners thanks to its quieter atmosphere and excellent coastal walks. Meanwhile, Scarborough offers plenty of dog-friendly cafés and scenic walking routes. Many guests enjoy visiting both during their stay and deciding which they prefer.

Be aware of seasonal dog bans on some beaches. Scarborough's South Bay and the main section of Filey beach are both dog-free zones during the busier season.
